FURSA ( ABU LABAN STORES ) provides its customers with a range of warranty options to ensure customer satisfaction on the purchase of their products. The three types of warranty include the FURSA ( ABU LABAN STORES ) products guarantee, the Global product guarantee, and the Warranty for other products. For manufacturing defects, there is a two-year warranty for the FURSA ( ABU LABAN STORES ) products guarantee, a one-month warranty for the Global product guarantee, and a one-month warranty for other products that do not have an agent in Saudi Arabia.

However, to benefit from these warranties, customers must adhere to a set of terms and conditions, including that the warranty only covers manufacturing defects and not misuse. Additionally, the warranty includes exchanges only, and replacement products have a 24-hour warranty. Furthermore, several expenses come with the warranty, including exchange and return process costs, payment upon receipt costs, and payment process costs through installment service providers.

To benefit from the warranty, customers must contact the FURSA ( ABU LABAN STORES ) team via WhatsApp and provide pictures and videos of the product in high resolution and good lighting. The team will then provide a form for the customer to fill in the details of the problem. After examining the product, the team will register a replacement request for the customer, or the customer will bear the costs of all expenses, and the rest of the amount will be transferred to them.
